IEC Logistics: From A to Z
International Express Co.,Ltd. has established a 24-hour express delivery service that is always ready to help our customers by shipping everything from motorcycles and trucks to consolidated cargo. Also, we provide the following corporate-related services: exclusive corporate mail delivery that takes over the job of distributing internal corporate mail from company employees, mail deliveries between corporate branches and scheduled deliveries of shipments between valued clients. Furthermore, we have a wide-ranging distribution and delivery service that undertakes hand delivery of such items as IT parts using express shipping and time-specific charter flights along with bullet trains and regular trains.
Charter flights are well-suited to meeting the needs of customers in the field of IT. This service also carefully executes such tasks as opening packages at customer delivery locations, equipment assembly, wiring and general IT set-up.
Furthermore, in March 2004 we acquired ISO14001 environmental certification in the interest of recycling unwanted items and leftover packaging materials as well as performing other environmentally friendly tasks.

PR for IEC's Domestic A-Z Distribution Provider
Sometime during the evening, a customer discovers mistakes in the printed programs that have already been delivered to the customer's client users. The customer prepares a substitute CD which we deliver before the next business day arrives. Or, live insects or animals, such as the bees supplied by a bee-keeping firm or laboratory test mice, are urgently needed to produce vital serums. These are examples of the wide range of cargo we quickly process and deliver, much to the satisfaction of our customers.
Also, from the time of our founding we have been involved in the delivery of information materials used in newspapers and TV news reports. We have shipped materials, including using motorbike deliveries, related to Japan's wildly popular high school baseball tournaments, and we have helped supply the equipment and personnel needed to broadcast coverage of every Osaka International Women's Marathon from the very beginning. When the Great Hanshin earthquake struck the Kobe area in 1995, we took advantage of the mobility of motorbikes to assist in the delivery of vital data materials and emergency relief supplies. On other occasions, in cooperation with local FM radio broadcasters we once decorated our delivery vehicles on the same day new car sales started and circulated all over the Kinki region to help promote local car dealership sales. We have also participated in the production of various TV specials. For example, we once used our fleet of motorbikes to participate in live TV coverage of deliveries of sample servings of a jumbo okonomiyaki (a traditional Japanese fried thin flat cake) cooked at Japan's famous Osaka Castle to suburban shopping centers.
